Incident Management tool (Incident IO) Implementation

Led the migration of the company’s Incident Management tool to Incident IO. Key responsibilities included evaluating the new platform, defining functional requirements, coordinating timelines with stakeholders, and managing the technical team throughout implementation. Executed integrations with existing infrastructure components including Backstage, Cloud Watch, Prometheus, and Opensearch. Key Outcomes:
